I tried to find a toner cartridge for my Samsung laser printer and couldn't find it anywhere near Tokyo, and I had lots of Japanese techies looking too. Samsung's problem isn't racial, or it shouldn't be, they need to just ensure their products are available in Japan, they'd sell.
