Umm.. I think most people have a problem getting a 60" TV home, much less through a doorway. 142" I think you'd have to start tearing down walls to get it into your living room.
A 142" diagonal screen in 16:9 ratio would be 70" high (roughly). The average door height is about 80", so enough to bring it in (on a low trolley). But these guys plan to assemble on the spot, so no worries.
