This is really off-topic for here, but here's the scoop: Nothing will help you because the shows are already recorded and encrypted. If you were to hack your recorders today (which would require losing all of the old recorded material unless you get really in-depth and figure out how to slice in the hacks as opposed to formating the drive and going from there), and turn off the encryption (an easily done maneuver once the hacking is finished) and then add in the downloading tools you could grab any subsequent recordings.
It's not rocket science, but it's not easy. Google is your friend. As are numerous forums.
